Evdokimos (Makis) Savvidis holds two Masters Degrees in International Money, Finance & Investment from Brunel University, London and in Information Systems from the Hellenic Open University as well as two degrees in Business Administration from the Hellenic Open University and from Kingston University, London. He is the vice-president of the Athens Traders Association (ESA), the representative of Greece and a member of the Board of Ecommerce Europe, the vice president of the Greek Ecommerce Association (GR.EC.A.) and a member of the board of the National Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (ESEE). From 1999 until today, he successfully leads the family group of companies (SGC- SAVVIDIS Group of companies) founded in 1963, which operates the largest in their industry and award-winning e-shops of watches, jewelry and accessories. At the same time, SGC represents and distributes a number of famous brands in the Greek & Cyprus market. Since 2018, he owns and runs EURODIGITAL Technologies, an IT company, which is successfully operating in the field of design and development of e-commerce and digital services, and has successfully implemented a series of online stores and websites. His longtime involvement in the forefront of e-commerce, makes him highly experienced in all areas related to e-business and in digital economy.
